分類に関するメモ：Itono (1972) は，Ceramium marshallenseを鹿児島県佐多岬枇榔島から報告しました。Itono (1977) は，佐多岬産C. marshallenseについて，同定が不確実と指摘しており，C. marshallenseは以後，日本での報告がありません。
