分類に関するメモ：Harvey (1857) は，Chondria atropurpureaを函館で報告しました。岡村（1916, 1936）は，C. atropurpureaの同定に疑問を呈しました。Taylor (1957)やSchneider & Searles (1991) などは，C. atropurpureaとC. tenuissima（現 C. capillaris）との関係に言及しており，吉田（1998）は，ホソヤナギノリ（"C. tenuissima" 現 Neochondria ammophila）についての注記において，「C. atropurpureaは確実な標本がなく実体不明である」と述べています。Konno & Noda (1980) は，秋田県湯の尻と象潟でC. atropurpureaを報告し，Noda (1987) は，C. atropurpureaに「アズキヤナギノリ」と名付けました。 上述の通り，Chondria atropurpureaを巡る分類は混乱しておりましたが，Schneider & Saunders (2023) は，rbcLの部分配列（rbcL-3P）を基に，C. atropurpureaの遺伝子配列を比較し，タイプ産地の1つであるフロリダのサンプルをC. atropurpureaと判断し，整理しました。日本産種について，フロリダのサンプルとの比較検討が必要と考えられます。 |
