分類に関するメモ：Entwisle et al. (2016)は，Batrachospermum atrumをカワモズク属（Batrachospermum）からNothocladus属に移しました。その後，命名法上の問題により，Setacea属，Atrophycus属に移った後（Rossignolo & Necchi 2016; Rossignolo et al. 2017），Wynne (2019) によって，Torularia属に移されました。
