Type specimen: GMS（Hopkins Marine Station, Stanford University）

分類に関するメモ：イソコモンはイワノカワ属（Peyssonnelia）に所属していましたが，Pestana et al. (2021) はOlokunia属を設立し，イソコモンをイワノカワ属からOlokunia属に移しました。
