Misapplied name

Dictyota cervicornis auct. non Kützing (1859: 11. Pl. 24, Fig. II): Noda 1965: 30-31. Fig. 2; 1969: 36-37; 1987: 138. Fig. 112.

Type locality: Suryeong Island, Chuja-myeon, Jeju Province, South Korea (Vieira et al. 2025b: 368)

Holotype specimen: JNUB; JNU0440 (Jeju National University) (Vieira et al. 2025b: 368. Fig. 3b)

分類に関するメモ：Noda (1965, 1987) は，Dictyota cervicornis (現 Canistrocarpus cervicornis)を新潟県佐渡島，寺泊，柏崎，秋田県男鹿半島から報告し，「ヨレアミジ」と名付けました。吉田・田中（1998）は，Noda (1965) が報告した"D. cervicornis"は本来のD. cervicornisとは別種であり，誤同定であると指摘し，日本産種として採用しませんでした。Vieira et al. (2025a)は，日本産アミジグサ属の分類を整理し，「ヨレアミジ」が，Vieira et al. (2025b)が韓国で記載したD. sumbisoriaに相当すると結論付けました。
