| 分類に関するメモ：Kim & Yang (2006) は北海道函館市立待岬でNeosiphonia harveyi（現 Melanothamnus harveyi）を採集しています。Melanothamnus harveyiは，それまで日本で報告された記録がなく，日本新産種と考えられます。
キブリイトグサ（M. japonicus）をM. harveyiの異名同種（シノニム）とする見解がありましたが（McIvor et al. 2001），遺伝子解析では，M. harveyiとキブリイトグサは別種であることが示唆され（Choi et al. 2001, Kim & Yang 2006など），現在はそれぞれ独立の種として扱われています。 |
