真骨下綱 Infraclass Teleostei

Nelson et al. (2016) は，Neopterygiiの下にDivision Teleosteomorphaを置き，その下にSubdivision Teleosteiを置いています。本サイトでは，Betancur-R et al. (2017) に従い，Teleosteiを下綱（infraclass）の階級としました。巨区（megacohort），区（cohort），目の分類体系は，Betancur-R et al. (2017) に従いました。

カライワシ巨区 Megacohort Elopocephalai

＊Nelson et al. (2016) はTeleosteiの下に真骨上区（supercohort Teleocephala）を置き，その下にカライワシ区（cohort Elopomorpha）を置いています。

カライワシ区 Cohort Elopomorpha

＊ウナギ目，カライワシ目，ソコギス目，ソトイワシ目を含みます。

アロワナ巨区 Megacohort Osteoglossocephalai

＊Nelson et al. (2016) はTeleosteiの下にアロワナ上区（supercohort Osteoglossocephala）を置き，その下にアロワナ区（cohort Osteoglossomorpha）を置いています。

アロワナ上区 Supercohort Osteoglossomorpha

＊エレファントノーズフィッシュ，アロワナの仲間，ピラルクー，パントドンなどを含みます。

ニシン上区 Supercohort Clupeocephala

骨鰾区 Cohort Otomorpha

＊ニシン目，コイ目，カラシン目，ナマズ目を含みます。Nelson et al. (2016) は，Otomorphaの代わりにOtocephalaを用いています。

正真骨区 Cohort Euteleosteomorpha

＊新真骨亜区，原棘鰭亜区，ワニトカゲギス亜区を含みます。Nelson et al. (2016) は，Euteleosteomorphaの代わりにEuteleosteiを用いています。
