| 沖縄県万座ビーチで撮影したツノテツレイシ（Mancinella hippocastanum）です。WoRMSによると，M. hippocastanumは，テングニシ科（Melongenidae）に所属するサイヅチボラ（Volema myristica）の異名（シノニム）
とされています。見た目はレイシガイ（Reishia bronni）の仲間に良く似ており，素人目にはサイヅチボラと同じ種類のようには見えないのですが，ツノテツレイシとサイヅチボラの関係について，著者には分かりませんでした。本サイトでは，上記の関係が分かるまで，暫定的にツノテツレイシとして掲載しました。 |
